Yes, all maritime carriers are fully approved.  Export Manager Italia is relying on following global and regional Carriers working regularly ex Italy as: MSC, MAERSK, CMA, COSCO, HAPAG, EVERGREEN, ONE, YANG MING, OOCL, ZIM, TARROS, COTUNAV, BORCHARD, ETHIOPIAN SHIPP LINE, MEDKON.

Yes, all land carriers are qualified. Export Manager Italia entrusts trucking groups with all mandatory certificates as :

  • Iscrizione Albo Trasportatori
  • Certificazione DURC
  • Certificazione ISO 45001
  • permanenza White List

All certificates are available on request just sending an email to Export Manager Italia’s port office.

All Custom Operators are AEO certified

NO at present stage IMO dangerous goods is not accepted by Export Manager Italia

Export Manager Italia is using AWS All World Shipping official WCA's Bill of Lading, WCA is an international global forwarding network assuring reliability and quality; Export Manager Italia could at his convenience apply directly to Carriers' Bill of Lading

Bill of Lading could be issued as “SeaWayBill” (without Originals) or as “Original”. In case of release as “Original” Bill of Lading is allowed to applied at a further stage the “Express Release” which is allowing the Consignee to request the release of the cargo withour Originals going to be held by Export Manager Italia’s port office.

Important Note: Express Release procedure costs Euro 20 per Bill of Lading.

Payment has to be performed according to the release of Export Manager Italia’s Bill of Lading.

Yes, All Risk Insurance is an additional service provided by Export Manager Italia. Customer has to send an email to Export Manager Italia's port of loading adding following details as: country of origin of the cargo - final destination - harmonized custom code of the goods (HS code) - goods value - type of packaging. To specific destinations Export Manager Italia's port office could require Invoice and Packing List. Customer will get an offer with insurance premium cost to be paid. Official insurance partner is WIS World Insurance Services Inc.

Yes it’s possible: Customer has to sent an email to Export Manager Italia’s port office asking for specific additional service. Export Manager Italia’s port office will provide costs and procedures.
